On your arrival day, you'll receive the key safe code via SMS or email. Simply enter the code at the key safe by the main entrance (south side of the building), take your key, and move in – no waiting required.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Different times are possible by prior arrangement and availability.

Prices vary by apartment, season and number of guests. The Auszeit apartment starts at €153 per night, and our largest apartment, Panorama, from €228 per night. You'll see the current price directly when checking availability.

No, you can book from just one night.

You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full stay is charged.

The local tourist tax of the municipality of Matrei am Brenner is already included in the price shown – you do not have to settle it on site. It is € 2.50 per person and night; children under 15 are exempt.

When you book, your credit card details are only stored securely – nothing is debited. The card is charged on the day of your arrival. Until then you can cancel free of charge within our cancellation policy.

Yes, free parking is available on the marked spaces behind and in front of the house.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the Stoacherhof.

The Wipptal Card is included for our guests and offers free bus and train travel in the Wipptal Valley and discounted cable cars.

The Stubai Card is not included but can be added on: €99 per adult, €49.50 per child, 5 freely chosen days within 7 (summer card, 14 May–28 Oct). It covers cable cars, public transport and pools in the Stubai Valley. It is sold via the Stubai tourism board – see our Stubaital page for details.

Yes, all apartments have free high-speed WiFi via fibre optic connection.

Yes, our own apiary products – alpine honey, blossom honey, propolis drops, beeswax candles and more – can be purchased directly at the farm.

Innsbruck is about 25 minutes away, and the charming South Tyrolean old town of Sterzing (Vipiteno) is around 35 minutes over the Brenner Pass.
