On your arrival day, you'll receive the key safe code via SMS or email. Simply enter the code at the key safe by the main entrance (south side of the building), take your key, and move in – no waiting required.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Different times are possible by prior arrangement and availability.

Prices vary by apartment and season. The Auszeit apartment starts at €179 per night, and our largest apartment, Panorama, from €399 per night. You'll see the current price directly when checking availability.

You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full stay is charged.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the Stoacherhof.

The Wipptal Card is included for our guests and offers free bus and train travel in the Wipp Valley and discounted cable cars.

The Stubai Super Card is not included but can be added on: €99 per adult, €49.50 per child, 5 freely chosen days within 7 (summer card, 14 May–28 Oct). It covers cable cars, public transport and pools in the Stubai Valley. It is sold via the Stubai tourism board – see our Stubaital page for details.

Yes, our own apiary products – alpine honey, blossom honey, propolis drops, beeswax candles and more – can be purchased directly at the farm.
